I met my wife Erica while in college at the University of Oregon, and currently reside in Vancouver, WA. My hobbies include travel, snow sports, golf, and attending live concerts and sporting events. (Go Ducks!)

Communication along the way towards the closing table
The requirement to split the second lot into a second transaction was very concerning. I have done the same kind of transaction with the same property layout ( a second lot included) and have never had to split them out. Among agents, we have commented in the past if there is a weird rule or way to make a transaction difficult, underwriting at Guild will find it. Brian handled everything perfectly and this has nothing to do with his services. Guild underwriting is usually the hiccup.
